If you can find a guy who will not only support your fitness goals (without making you feel bad in their attempts to hold you accountable) but will also work out with you, they’re a keeper. Just ask Ciara.
As we told you previously, Ci Ci and her brood recently worked out together on stationary bikes, with Ciara working to get off the baby weight, husband Russell Wilson training in preparation for NFL training camp later this month, and Future, well, just having fun:
And while baby Future couldn’t keep up with his parents’ intense workouts (kidding! I’m aware that he’s just a 3-year-old), Wilson is still down to put in work with his Mrs. Ciara shared video of the couple working up a sweat while doing battle ropes simultaneously. He might be a quarterback for the Seahawks who is currently consuming nearly 5,000 calories a day to get ready for football season, but the “1,2 Step” singer definitely held her own:
As for the aforementioned diet though, both Wilson and Ciara are taking part in it. According to ESPN, the Wilsons are working with “food coach” Philip Goglia and consuming lean proteins and lots of fruits and veggies while cutting out dairy and gluten. According to Goglia, basically, “If it’s got more than one ingredient in it, he couldn’t eat it.” As for being able to indulge in their favorite foods, Goglia said that Russell gets one cheat snack every two weeks.
As extreme as it may sound, the couple has already seen results. Russell has reportedly dropped 10 pounds since getting on the plan, and based on her posts, Ciara has already lost five pounds.
