We've talked about the most beautiful mothers of the stars, but what about the fit and fabulous ones?
Last week, Jada Pinkett Smith talked about her mother's body, which has created a lot of fuss over the years (for good and goal-worthy reasons).
"'I have good genes, don’t I?'" she said. "And you know when your own mother can put you to shame, I’m like, I don’t know if I gotta get back in the gym. I don’t know what I gotta do. I just told her, I said, 'All that right there, just make sure you passing all those good genes down here.'"

But Jada and Adrienne Banfield-Jones aren't the only mother-daughter duos (there are also trios) who take their health and fitness seriously. Check out nine other mothers and daughters who show off their great genes and hard work.
